Cannon Township Event Hall

Rent the township event hall for weddings, parties, meetings, and community events. Maximum occupancy is 160 people. Occupancy hours are flexible between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with access by electronic numerical lock.

Daily Rates

• A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation (paid online) and is applied toward your rental total.
• The total fee is due 30 days before the event.
• A $300 cleaning and damage deposit is also due 30 days before the event.
• Video and sound equipment is available for an additional $50.

Reservation Rules

• Maximum occupancy is 160 people for events.
• Township residents may reserve up to 1 year in advance.
• All other county-wide reservations may be made up to 9 months in advance.
• Residents caught making reservations on behalf of others will be banned from future reservations. If discovered before the event, the reservation will be canceled.
• Occupancy hours are flexible between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM.
• Access is provided with an electronic numerical lock; your entry code is issued before the event.
• Tables and chairs are available at no additional cost. We recommend an inspection visit to determine whether what is available meets your needs.
