How it works

Pick your date below — the calendar shows real-time availability, and days already reserved are blocked. A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation and is paid online at the next step. Your date is not held until the deposit is paid.

The remaining rental fee and a $300 cleaning and damage deposit are due 30 days before your event and can be paid from My Account. Occupancy hours are flexible between 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM, with access by electronic numerical lock.

Tables and chairs are included at no additional cost — we recommend an inspection visit to confirm they meet your needs. Video and sound equipment can be added for $50.

EVENT HALL RENTAL RULES

  • Maximum occupancy is 160 people for events.
  • Township residents may reserve up to 1 year in advance; all other county-wide reservations up to 9 months in advance.
  • Residents caught making reservations on behalf of others will be banned from future reservations. If discovered before the event, the reservation will be canceled.
  • A nonrefundable $100 deposit is required at the time of reservation.

RESIDENCY ATTESTATION

This reservation is for my own event. I am not making this reservation on behalf of another person or organization, and the residency I selected is accurate. I understand that misrepresenting residency or reserving for others will result in a ban from future reservations and, if discovered before the event, cancellation of this reservation (the reservation deposit is nonrefundable).
